    Resolution would award contract for rehab of Hylebos Bridge

    Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution April 21 that would award a $16.9 million contract to Quigg Bros, Inc., for rehabilitation of the Hylebos Bridge in the Tacoma Tideflats.
