Council members are scheduled April 24 to consider a resolution that would authorize a Multi-Family Housing Limited Property Tax Exemption agreement with 252 Metropolitan, LLC for the construction of 150 new apartment units. The apartment units would be located at 252 Broadway in the Downtown Mixed-use Center. The apartments would range in size from 617 to 910 square feet consisting of studios, one and two bedroom units with one or two bathrooms and a secured parking garage underneath the structure. The units are expected to rent between $800 and $1550 a month.
