The City Council is scheduled Jan. 8 to consider a resolution that would create a three-member citizens’ committee to review and provide written recommendations by March 11, 2008 regarding the participation of City Council members in the City’s health care benefits system. The committee would be comprised of one human resources professional, one former City Council member and one City resident.
