REQUEST FOR BIDS METROPOLITAN PARK DISTRICT OF TACOMA SERA Campus Multi-Use Field Development BID# J2015-02 BID NOTICE The Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma will receive sealed bids for Bid# J2015-02, SERA Campus Multi-Use Field Development, at the office of Planning, Design & Development, Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma, 4702 S 19th Street, Tacoma WA 98405 until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 2:00 p.m. Bids received after the appointed time set for receipt will be returned unopened. The project includes, but is not limited to: Earthwork, storm water, field sub-drainage, synthetic turf surfacing, chain link fencing, concrete and asphalt paving, irrigation, seeding, and field flood lighting. Prevailing Wage Rates and the Metro Parks Tacoma Apprenticeship Training Program requirements will apply. 1691 apprentice hours are estimated for this project. The base bid estimate range is $1,500,000 $2,350,000. Time of completion is 120 calendar days. Construction Start Date will be June 15, 2015.
