Gibbon, P.S., will on March 13, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 AM, at the second floor entry plaza outside Pierce County Courthouse, 930 Tacoma Ave. South, in the City of Tacoma, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Pierce, State of Washington, to wit: LOT 2, BLOCK 5, SALISHAN DIVISION 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED JUNE 2, 2006, UNDER RECORDING NO. 200606025006, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. TPN 5003640290 (commonly known as 1759 East 38th Street, Tacoma, WA 98404), which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust, dated June 22, 2006, recorded June 30, 2006, under Auditor's File No. 200606301526 records of Pierce County, Washington, from Karen D. Towne and John R.
