NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on the 23rd day of August, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., outside of the 2nd floor entry plaza on the west side of the County City Building, 930 Tacoma Ave. South, in the city of Tacoma, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Pierce, State of Washington, to-wit: THE EAST 5 FEET OF LOT 13, LOTS 14, 15, AND 16 IN BLOCK 51 OF MCCOY'S ADDITION TO TACOMA, W.
