Gibbon, P.S., will on September 13, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 AM, at the Second Floor Entry Plaza, Outside the Pierce County Courthouse, 930 Tacoma Avenue South, in the City of Tacoma, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Pierce, State of Washington, to wit: LOT 3, PIERCE COUNTY SHORT PLAT NO. 200304035008, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. SITUATE IN THE CITY OF PUYALLUP, COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON. APN #042033-8074 (commonly known as 410 22nd Ave CT SW, Puyallup, WA 98371), which is subject to that certain Deed of Trust, dated May 18, 2012, recorded May 21, 2012, under Auditor's File No. 201205210305 records of Pierce County, Washington, from Michelle Jasmer, as Grantors, to Fidelity National Title Company, as Trustee, to secure an obligation in favor of Allied Enterprises, LLC, as Beneficiary.
