Britton, Attorney at Law, the undersigned Trustee, will on Friday, December 23, 2016, at 10:00:00 AM, at the second floor (Yakima Ave.) entrance to the Pierce County Superior Courthouse, 930 Tacoma Ave. S., Tacoma, WA 98402, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable, in the form of cash, or cashier's check or certified checks from federally or State chartered banks, at the time of sale the following described real property, situated in the County of Pierce, State of Washington, to wit: LOT 9, CLEARWOOD ADD., ACC TO PLAT REC. 06/13/1983 IN PIERCE COUNTY, WA., AFN 8306130191, Tax Parcel No. 3073000090, Commonly Known As: 5605 41st Avenue E., Tacoma, Pierce County, WA, subject to Deed of Trust dated September 1, 1999, and recorded on September 16, 1999 under AFN 9909160509, in Pierce County, WA.
