NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Trustee will on the9th day of January, 2015, at the hour of 1:30 P.M. outside the front door of the law offices of Nelson & Carver, P.S., 420 North Meridian, Suite B, in the City of Puyallup, State of Washington, sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder, payable at time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of PIERCE, State of Washington, to-wit: PARCEL 1: THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 16 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, W.M., IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON. The defaults for which this foreclosure is made are as follows: Six (6) monthly principal and interest payments at $407.70 each due for months June 1, 2014 through November 30, 2014; Six (6) monthly late charge payments of $40.00 for each monthly payment not made within 10 days of its due date for months June, 2014 through November, 2014; 2011 real property taxes paid by beneficiary in the amount of $214.75 paid on April 29, 2011 and $214.76 paid on October 12, 2011; and Six percent (6%) interest at $.03 per day from those tax payment dates.
