Qliance Tacoma celebrates grand opening Monday

Qliance Medical Management Inc., which operates Qliance direct primary care clinics in Washington State, is opening its newest clinic in Tacoma next week. The new clinic will be commemorated with a public ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house on Mon., Oct. 3 at 4 p.m. at 2420 South Union Ave., Suite 100. The ceremony will include brief remarks from Tacoma Mayor Marilyn Strickland; Dr. Garrison Bliss, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Qliance; Norm Wu, CEO of Qliance; as well as other honored guests, including Qliance patient Jed Aldridge. The public celebration will include guided tours of the new facility, appetizers and gift bags for attendees.

The new Tacoma clinic will offer the same primary and preventive care services as existing Qliance clinics, on the same flat-fee schedule, which ranges between $49 and $89 per month, depending on age. Clinic hours are designed to accommodate the lives of busy people and will be open on weekends with extended hours on weekdays.

Qliance clinics are also located in Seattle, Kent, Mercer Island and an affiliated clinic in Mill Creek. Qliance was co-founded by Dr. Garrison Bliss, Norm Wu and Chapin Henry in 2006, and is modeled after Dr. Bliss’ prior direct-pay, flat-fee clinic. Dr. Bliss is a board certified Seattle-based physician with 30 years of experience as a primary care doctor. For more information, visit http://www.qliance.com .
