The buyer group headed by David Hersh, which has signed a purchase agreement to buy Triple-A baseball’s Tacoma Rainiers, and the current owner, George Foster, have agreed to extend the purchase agreement.

Closing of the purchase, subject to satisfying certain conditions and obtaining necessary approvals, is expected to occur no later than mid-March 2004.
