Port of Tacoma officials announced this week a two-acre parcel of land located near the Puyallup River is available for lease. The fully fenced and pave site, located at 2002 Stewart St., includes a nearly 1,900-square-foot office building. The property is zoned Port Maritime Industrial, and is accessible via Interstate 5 and State Route 509. More information is available online here and here.
