The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing and information session on the Special Needs Housing Moratorium enacted by the City Council on May 19, 2005, and extended on Nov. 1, 2005.

The hearing will take place at 5 p.m. Feb. 1 in the Council Chambers, 747 Market St., First Floor. Citizens are invited to testify on the draft Zoning Code amendments that the Commission is considering in response to the moratorium.

To learn more about the proposed regulatory changes prior to the hearing, citizens are encouraged to attend an information session Jan. 18 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
