The City Council will conduct a public hearing on June 26 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located on First Floor, 747 Market Street, regarding the recommendations of the Planning Commission associated with the Planned Residential Development (PRD) District moratorium. The Planning Commission’s proposed amendments were developed in response to the emergency moratorium on PRD development adopted by the City Council in January.
