City Council members are scheduled June 19 to receive an overview from City staff of the Planning Commissions recommendations for the proposed revisions to the Land Use Regulatory Code for the Planned Residential Development (PRD) districts. The Planning Commissions proposed amendments were developed in response to the emergency moratorium on PRD development adopted by the City Council in January. Council members are also scheduled June 19 to discuss a recommendation from City staff to convert the Tacoma Dome’s inter-fund loan for the new rigging grid and curtain system to an internal note; the internal note carries a longer repayment schedule of up to seven years.
The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, Room 16.
