Action on Ordinances
Proposal No. 2002-132s, amending Section 14.16.030 of the Pierce County Code, “Fees,” to increase certain fees related to the Pierce County Fair.
Proposal 2003-7, authorizing the approval of open space classification under current use assessment, on certain property that lies within the unincorporated boundaries of Pierce County, and is located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian; and adopting findings of fact (Application No. OS2-03, William Miles – Graham area)

Proposal 2003-8, authorizing the approval of open space classification under current use assessment, on certain property that lies within the unincorporated boundaries of Pierce County, and is located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 2 East of the Willamette Meridian; and adopting findings of fact (Application No. OS3-02, Kenneth and Sharrell Kilborn – Gig Harbor area)

Proposal No. 2003-9, authorizing the approval of open space classification under current use assessment, on certain property that lies within the unincorporated boundaries of Pierce County, and is located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the Willamette Meridian; and adopting findings of fact. (Application No. OST4-02, Richard Hanly – Roy Area)

Ordinance No. 2002-133, amending Section 1.22.080 of the Pierce County Code, “Examiner – Powers and Duties,” to grant the Pierce County Hearing Examiner the authority to issue subpoenas.
