Proposal No. R2003-144, amending Resolution No. R2000-14, the appointment of Tacoma City Council-member Kevin Phelps to the Sound Transit Board, by correting his term expiration date from January 14, 2005 to January 14, 2004; and confirming the reappointment of Kevin Phelps to a second term on the Sound Transit Board.

Ordinances
Proposal No. 2003-130, ratifying the collective bargaining agreement reached with Council 2, Washington State Council of County and City Employees, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), AFL-CIO, Local 120 – General Unit, and amending the Pierce County Salary Classification Plan.

Resolutions
Proposal No. R2003-141, authorizing the Pierce County executive to apply for funding assistance for a Youth Athletic Fields program (YAF) to the Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation, for the development of the first phase of the Fort Steilacoom Park Youth Soccer Fields in Lakewood, Washington.
