Oct. 12 court hearing to consider release of WSP documents

The Washington State Court of Appeals is scheduled to hear oral arguments at 11 a.m. Oct. 12 on a motion filed by the Tacoma Police Management Association Local 26 to stay the release of the documents from the Washington State Patrol administrative investigation.
