NOTICE OF DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE The Tacoma School District No. 10 has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Replacement and Modernization at Wilson High School on the current Wilson High School site at 1202 N Orchard St, Tacoma, 98406. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, the Tacoma School District has determined this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Copies of the DNS are available at no charge from the Tacoma School District Planning & Construction Department, 3223 South Union Avenue, Tacoma WA 98409, (253) 571-3350. You may appeal this determination to Stephen Murakami, Executive Director, Planning & Construction, Tacoma School District No. 10, 3223 South Union Avenue, Tacoma, Washington, 98409 no later than 4:00 p.m., August 27, 2014 by submitting a written statement requesting an appeal, specifying (a) the determination being appealed; (b) the errors complained of; (c) the corrective action being sought (d) the reasons why the determination should be changed; and (e) whether further oral or written comment or a hearing is requested.
