You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after June 26, 2024, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiffs, Jae Young Han, as personal representative of the estate of Boo Nam Han, and Bang Kang Han, an unmarried woman, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for the Plaintiffs, Harlowe & Falk LLP, at their office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. The sole purpose of the action is to terminate the interests of the defendants in the real property described in the complaint filed herein and to quiet title to that real property in the Plaintiff.
