COMMENCING AT THE NORTH QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 19, RANGE 05 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN;

THENCE NORTH 87° 11’ 44” EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 675.06 FEET;

THENCE SOUTH 01° 40’ 53” WEST 30 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;

THENCE NORTH 34° 07’ 23” WEST 338.04 FEET TO A POINT ON A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND 30 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 24;

THENCE SOUTH 87° 11’ 44” WEST ALONG SAID PARALLEL LINE 263.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED TO APPEAR within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to-wit: Within sixty (60) days after the 9th day of February, 2024, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for plaintiff at his office below stated; and in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of Said Court.

This is an action for quiet title and the relief sought is quiet title in the Plaintiffs, MICHAEL W. LIEDER and DEBBIE J. LIEDER, a married couple, in the above referenced property; for plaintiffs costs and disbursements; and for such other relief as the court finds just and proper.
