You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 25th day of October, 2021, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Delois D. Henderson and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff, Delois D. Henderson, at his office below stated, and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court to quiet title in the real property commonly known as: 1421 South 23rd, Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington, and legally described as follows:

THE WEST 70 FEET OF LOTS 24, 25 AND 26, BLOCK 27, SMITH & FIFE’S ADDITION TO NEW TACOMA, ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 1 OF PLATS AGE PAGE 63, IN PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

SITUATE IN THE CITY OF TACOMA, COUNTY OF PIERCE, STATE OF WASHINGTON.

This summons is issued pursuant to RCW 4.28.110 of the State of Washington.
