GAZECKI A lawsuit has been started against you in Pierce County Superior Court to Quiet Title to real property located at XXX 524th Street E, Eatonville, WA 98328, Pierce County Tax Parcel No. 041514-303-1. Plaintiffs Joseph A. Iacobazzi and Sheena Iacobazzi seek an Order quieting title to the subject property in their favor and extinguishing any right, title, or interest you may have in the subject property. You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 26th day of August 2021, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs Joseph A. Iacobazzi and Sheena Iacobazzi and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiffs, Inge A. Fordham, at Fordham Law, PLLC, 3218 Sixth Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98406; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court.
