You, and each of you, are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after July 22, 2021 and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court and answer upon the undersigned attorneys for the Plaintiff at their office below stated; and, in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demands of the complaint in this action which has been filed with the clerk of said court.

The object of this action is to quiet title in Plaintiffs to real estate in Pierce County, Washington, described as:

PARCEL A:

THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN;

ALSO BEING KNOWN AS LOT 1, LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION NO 1215, AS PER MAP THEREOF RECORDED MARCH 22, 1976 IN VOLUME 13 OF SURVEYS AT PAGE 15, RECORDS OF PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

PARCEL B:

A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS 30 FEET IN WIDTH ACROSS THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, LYING EAST OF THE GIG HARBOR-LONGBRANCH HIGHWAY, BEING 15 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTER LINE:BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF THE GIG HARBORLONGBRANCH STATE HIGHWAY, 640 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN:THENCE EAST 150 FEET;

THENCE NORTHEASTERLY TO A POINT ON THE NORTH-SOUTH CENTER LINE OF SAID SECTION 2, 15 FEET NORTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OR THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE I WEST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN.

A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH 30 FEET AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN.

PARCEL D:

A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 30 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, OWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN;

EXCEPT THAT PORTION LYING WITHIN PARCEL A.

A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND UTILITIES OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGINNING 450 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH RANGE 1 WEST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN;

THENCE WEST TO THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF STATE AID ROAD NO. 13, NOW GIG HARBOR-LONGBRANCH COUNTY ROAD;

THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF SAID ROAD TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEASTERLY QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE EAST 90 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE SOUTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;

PARCEL F:

A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND UTILITIES PURPOSES 60 FEET IN WIDTH AS DELINEATED ON LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION NO.. 1215. (EXCEPT THAT PORTION WITHIN PARCEL A).
