CURTISS BY QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR’S NO. 2312017, WHICH IS THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING EAST 200.03 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT 1337.24 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER; THENCE SOUTH 02°00’16” WEST 366.14 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTHERLY MARGIN OF FOREST CANYON ROAD; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID ROAD TO A POINT SOUTH 02°00’16” WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 02°00’16” EAST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
