Healy (the "Absentee") was last seen in the evening hours of March 27, 2014, at his residence at 1343 North Fir, Tacoma, WA 98406; he is believed to thereafter have traveled to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge in Tacoma, WA. 2. The Petitioner has petitioned this Court to set a hearing to determine whether the whereabouts of Absentee can be ascertained, and if not, to appoint Commencement Bay Guardianship Services as trustee to administer the Absentee's estate. 3. A hearing has been set for this case and is scheduled to take place on June 17, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. at the Pierce County Superior Court. 4. Commencement Bay Guardianship Services has been appointed as the temporary trustee of the Absentee's estate. 5. The Court requests that all persons having knowledge concerning the whereabouts of Absentee or facts regarding his absence shall deliver notice to the undersigned attorneys and attend the hearing and advise the Court of those facts.
