NOBLE ("Heirs"), and The Pierce County Community Development Corporation ("PCCDC" together with Heirs, collectively, "Defendants"). It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the land and premises located at 22007 45TH AVE. EAST, SPANAWAY, WA 98387and legally described as follows: LOT(S) 17, BLOCK D, SOUTHWOOD SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 44 OF PLATS, PAGE(S) 44 AND 45, WHICH ISA RE-RECORD OF PLAT RECORDED IN BOOK 44 OF PLATS, PAGE(S) 34 AND 35, PIERCE COUNTY, WASHINGTON Commonly referred to as: 22007 45TH AVE. The total amount due and owing on the Judgment through August 22, 2016, is $377,819.61 consisting of the following: the judgment amount of $375,197.21 principal and interest; $1,600.00 awarded for attorneys' fees; $1,022.40 awarded for costs; plus post-judgment interest accruing after April 22, 2016, at the rate of 6.6% per annum, of $885.73 ($38.51 per diem x 23 days); pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Judgment, post-judgment amounts advanced for attorneys' fees, and costs for publication and Sheriff's fees of an unknown amount. It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed that the Sheriff is hereby authorized to make the return within 60 days after issuance by the court. For purposes of the sale, the order may be automatically extended for 30 days, pursuant to RCW 6.21.050.
