This Summons concerns a petition by John Alvin Gary Gutter, to adopt Lesley Rose Ng'endo and for the termination of the parent-child relationship between said child and the child's birth father, Steven Mbugua. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a non-consenting parent or birth mother and birth fathers have a right to be represented by counsel (an attorney).
