Plaintiff's complaint seeks judgment on a Promissory Note executed by Defendant Mabel R. Stowell in the original principal amount of $71,500.00, plus interest at a variable rate, late charges, and attorney's fees and costs incurred in collecting on the Promissory Note. Additionally, Plaintiff's complaint seeks the foreclosure of the Deed of Trust which Mrs. Stowell executed and delivered, as security for the repayment of the above described Promissory Note.
