The restaurant, which has a second location in Tacoma’s Proctor District, features fresh salads, sandwiches, soups, chili, and baked goods for eat-in or take-out service. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday, 10am to 8pm. It is the latest in a series of restaurants to open on the north end of Pacific Avenue downtown.
