Members of the City Council are scheduled Aug. 26 to receive an update on the status of the proposed closure of the Murray Morgan Bridge from the Washington State Department of Transportation. The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
