Members of the City Council are scheduled to continue discussions on the 2006 mid-biennium budget adjustments, including uses of one-time and ongoing resources, during the Dec. 13 study session. The Council is also scheduled to be briefed on the Milliman Total Compensation Study which is the basis of the requested changes to the Tacoma Public Utilities executive classifications. The public may attend the noon study session in Room 16, Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., but the Council will not take public comment.
