Metro Parks Tacoma and Korsmo Construction ADVERTISEMENT Project: Eastside Community Center Sealed Bids are being accepted for the bid package listed below: ECC-01 Bus Loop Revisions: The ECC-01 bid package scope includes: construction of a new bus loop configuration that moves the existing First Creek Middle School bus loop out of the footprint of the new Eastside Community Center. Scope includes site demolition, grading, concrete, asphalt paving, minor electrical relocation, striping, etc. Work will occur in early April 2017, starting during Spring Break per the project schedule. General Information: An optional pre-bid meeting and site walk will be conducted at the following time and location; interested bidders are highly encouraged to attend: Optional Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Walk: Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 9 AM First Creek Middle School 1801 E 56th St Tacoma, WA 98404 Note: Check-in with Korsmo GC/CM personnel on site at the existing bus loop or at the front office administration for meeting location. Note Korsmo Construction, the GC/CM, intends to competitively bid this scope as potential self-perform work.
