LEGAL NOTICE FRANKLIN PIERCE SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 402 Notice to Consultants REQUEST FOR SUBMITTAL OF QUALIFICATIONS Licensed architects, engineers, and other professionals including, but not limited to, support services in planning, programming, energy and environmental services are requested to submit Statements of Qualifications for entry into the Franklin Pierce School District Capital Construction Department 2014-15 A/E Consultant Reference File for consideration on all projects of any size and nature. These reference files will be reviewed for consideration of consultants for miscellaneous projects having an estimated consultant fee under $200,000 and for mailing of appropriate Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to consultants on the reference file for projects with consultant fees in excess of $200,000. In order to receive an RFQ for projects with fees in excess of $200,000, consultants must be in the reference files. Public works with a basic consultant fee over $200,000 may be individually advertised and will require a separate submittal. For best consideration, qualification submittals for the General Consultant Reference File should be received no later than September 30, 2014.
