The summary of the contents of said resolution, consisting of the title, is as follows: Resolution No. 39356 A resolution setting Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at approximately 5:30 p.m., as the date for a public hearing by the City Council on the proposed temporary moratorium on new marijuana retail uses; and requesting the Planning Commission to develop findings of fact and a recommendation.
