Learn customer loyalty basics at April 21 Economic Gardening Workshop

At the April 21 Economic Gardening Workshop, learn to use customer loyalty strategies that work. The workshop will focus on teaching business owners how to use tactics to reward good customers and to maintain long-lasting relationships.

The City’s Community and Economic Development Department will host the upcoming free Economic Gardening Workshop — “Customer Loyalty Strategies that Work” on Weds., April 21, at Bates Technical College South Campus, 2201 S. 78th St.

Tina Janni, a professional business coach at the Bates Business and Management Training Center, will lead the session. She has been recognized for her work on statewide business training and initiatives.
