A new version of the City of Tacoma’s Stormwater Management Manual goes into effect Weds., Feb. 1. Engineers, developers and the general public are invited to one of two training sessions to ask questions and get clarification on City of Tacoma stormwater requirements. Environmental Services staff will highlight changes to the manual and review how it applies to projects in Tacoma. Training sessions are Tues., Jan. 24, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and Weds., Jan. 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., in the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant’s Transmission Conference Room, 2201 Portland Ave., in Tacoma.
