Members of the City Council and the Public Utility Board are scheduled Oct. 7 to hear a presentation from Tacoma Public Utilities staff on their proposed 2009-2010 Biennial Budget for the Power, Water and Rail Divisions. Following the joint session, the City Council will review the proposed Interlocal Agreement with the Metropolitan Park District, which continues the existing contract. Additionally, Budget Officer Amy Palmer will present the recommendations from Miller & Miller Consulting surrounding budget cost allocation methodologies.

The Council will not take public comment during the noon study session in the Tacoma Municipal Building North, 733 Market St., Room 16.
