1. Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County has a paid internship program for students in their final year of undergraduate or graduate study. It is a 9-month paid internship designed to “recruit, train, and retain racially and socio-economically diverse students who may not otherwise know about opportunities in the affordable housing sector.”

2. The Pacific Northwest Economic Region public-private partnership (PNWER) is looking for a Program Coordinator to work with 1-2 working groups on cross-border policy issues, this position is located on the waterfront in Seattle and pays $20/hour, with the possibility of becoming full time in the fall. 3. Forterra land and conservation non-profit is seeking a Project Manager for their Chehalis Basin program, in the Real Estate transactions dept. The position is based in Tacoma and Seattle, and works closely with Conservation Directors, General Counsel, Controller, and other members of the RE team.
