Powermatic, located in McMinnville, Tennessee, is a manufacturer of metalworking and woodworking machinery.De Vlieg-Bullard, Powermatic’s parent company, had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy leaving Powermatic available for acquisition.JET recently acquired Performax, of Shakopee, Minnesota. Closing of this most recent deal is scheduled for this week.”
