The Tacoma Dome parking lot will be the center of activity Aug. 27 for the Dome District Inventive Transportation Art Race. The free event kicks off at 9 a.m. and races featuring a variety of non-motorized vehicles will begin at 11 a.m. These vehicles are guaranteed to be one of a kind.
