The Washington State Housing Finance Commission, in conjunction with the Kitsap Housing Coalition, will sponsor a free course on the home-buying process on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Peninsula Library at 4424 Pt. Fosdick Dr. NW, Gib Harbor.
The class is in an unbiased format and a certificate will be received upon completion of the class. The certificate is required for the Washington State Finance Commissions first time buyer programs which includes first mortgages and down payment assistant programs.
