Haunted Halloween at the Capitol

Gov. Christine Gregoire, dressed as Willy Wonka, celebrated Halloween Monday at the Governors Mansion as trick-or-treater Jack, of Olympia, found the first golden ticket in his Wonka Bar. The prize? An invitation from Gov. Gregoire to visit the mansion and view its holiday decorations in December, before the viewing is opened to the general public.
