Representatives from REI, The Home Depot and Comcast will be on hand Feb. 12 for a Goodwill-sponsored Job Fair at the Tacoma Mall.
The free event will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the JCPenney Couryard at the mall, located between 38th and 48th streets off Interstate 5.
“We have employers coming to the Job Fair who are searching for a wide variety of candidates,” said Terry A. Hayes, Tacoma Goodwill CEO. “Goodwill can provide that link for businesses to find qualified, experienced applicants for positions they need to fill.”
Job seekers should come prepared to interview for positions, with extra resumes available. Other employers scheduled to be on hand include: Pierce College, FedEX, Safeway, Chevron, and the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), Evans Glass, Menzies Aviation, Auto Warehousing, and the Transportation Security Administration.
Tacoma Goodwill provides a variety of other free career services available to the public. For additional information, visit http://www.tacomagoodwill.org .
