Garbage, recycling, yard waste collection on regular schedule

City of Tacoma administrative offices will be closed May 29 in recognition of Memorial Day. Garbage, recycling and yard waste collection is not affected by the holiday, so collection will be on the normal schedule. The City of Tacoma landfill, recycling center and household hazardous waste facility will be open regular hours, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
