Members of the City Council are scheduled Nov. 13 to hear the first reading of an ordinance that would amend the Master Shoreline Development and Tacoma Land Use Regulatory Code to modify the S-8 Thea Foss Waterway Shoreline regulations to allow for an increase in the maximum building height from 100 feet to 180 feet. The amendments would limit the height of the former Municipal Dock site to 90 feet.
