A resolution on the Aug. 2 agenda could award a Multi-Family Housing Limited Property Tax Exemption to Thea Foss Holdings, LLC, for the construction of a mixed-use building with approximately 176 new condominiums to be built at 1515 Dock St. on the shores of the Thea Foss Waterway. The new condos will range from 711 square feet to 2,020 square feet and will range in price from $220,000 to $450,000.
