Downtown Merchants Group members announced today the annual holiday tree lighting will be held Sun., Dec. 2 near So. 9th St. and Broadway. Broadway Center for the Performing Arts will open the Pantages lobby at 5:45 p.m., and the lighting ceremony will begin at 6:00 p.m. It will be followed by a visit from Santa Claus at Moroccan Treasures, located across the street from the Pantages.
