Pierce County District Court Probations Day Reporting Program has been named Outstanding Program of the Year by the Washington State Misdemeanant Corrections Association. District Court Probation Director Elaine M. McNally received the award, which was accepted on her behalf May 21 at the associations spring conference in Yakima.
