Development to be considered for limited property tax exemption

Members of the City Council are scheduled to consider a resolution July 17 that could award a Multi-Family Housing Limited Property Tax Exemption Agreement to Sharp Properties, LLC, for the construction of a mixed-use development on 409, 415, 419 and 453 St. Helens Avenue that would consist of approximately 187 apartments, 120 condominiums, one grocery store, one bank and one hotel.
